Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
- Perishable goods (like gourmet salts) cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

- We’ll provide return instructions.
- Once we receive the product, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
