Ordering & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay.
- Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- EU orders are shipped via UPS or PostNL, and international orders via FedEx.

Dutch & EU Consumer Rights:
- Under Dutch consumer law, customers must receive their order within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
- If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
- Perishable items (e.g., gourmet salts) cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Dutch & EU Consumer Rights:
- Under the EU Right of Withdrawal, customers may cancel an online purchase within 14 days after delivery, with no need to provide a reason.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.

Custom & Corporate Orders
- Custom, corporate, and private-label orders are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.
- For bulk orders, lead times and specific terms will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.
