Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 200 g mixed nuts (pistachios, almonds, walnuts)
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Sel Magique Classic Blend
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add nuts, breadcrumbs, cranberries, and Sel Magique.
3. Bind with eggs, press into a lined loaf tin.
4. Bake 45–50 minutes until firm and golden.
5. Cool slightly before slicing.
