Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 kg leg of lamb, bone-in
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Sel Magique Classic Blend
- 1 kg potatoes, for roasting
- 500 g carrots, halved lengthwise
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
2. Make small incisions in the lamb, insert garlic and rosemary.
3. Rub lamb with olive oil and Sel Magique Classic Blend.
4. Roast for 1 hour 40 minutes (medium), basting occasionally.
5. Roast potatoes and carrots in olive oil and Sel Magique until golden.
6. Rest lamb 20 minutes before slicing, finish with a final sprinkle of Sel Magique.
