Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 large cauliflower, leaves trimmed
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Sel Magique Spicy Blend
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan).
2. Rub cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, and Sel Magique Spicy Blend.
3. Roast 50–60 minutes until tender and golden.
4. Finish with lemon zest, juice, and parsley before serving.
