Lemon Herb Roast Chicken with Sel Magique Classic Blend

There’s something ritualistic about a Sunday roast. The golden skin, the scent of citrus and herbs, the warmth of a shared meal. This elegant roast chicken is transformed by the delicate minerality of Sel Magique’s Classic Blend—simple, soulful, and unforgettable.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken (1.5–2 kg)

  • 2 lemons, halved

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Sel Magique Classic Blend

  • Fresh thyme & rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, Sel Magique, and herbs. Stuff cavity with garlic and lemon halves.

  3. Roast for 1.5 hours until juices run clear. Rest 10 minutes before carving.

Vegetarian Alternative:
Roast cauliflower head with the same marinade.
