Recipe: Spicy Chocolate Popcorn
Ingredients (serves 2–4):
- 80g plain popped popcorn (air-popped or lightly salted)
- 100g dark chocolate (min. 70%), chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Sel Magique Spicy Blend to finish
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or gently in the microwave.
- Stir in cayenne (optional) for an extra kick.
- Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle chocolate mixture over and toss gently.
